here's a short explanation of how my love for my queen started long long time ago...
back in 2002
when I was in Primary 6...naive... and ugly... haha
my mom was driving me to school and the song "Complicated" made rounds and rounds on the radio airwaves and it hit no.1 in the Billboard charts for weeks
the song was an instant hit as it was so infectious and the lyrics memang down to earth and easy-to-relate

then her others monstrous songs popped up, like my-time-favourite "Sk8er Boi", "I'm With You" etc etc...
(ok la honestly I still think , and I'm sure many other think so too, her first and debut album is still the best! lol )

the reasons to why I love her so so so much is because!
1. obviously her music rocks!! and its uniquely Avril Lavigne :D
2. she writes her own songs, and music! and for many others too which hit.no.1
3. her voice is just so angelic and lovable :3
4. Her style is awesome!!!! I mean.. AWESOME!!!! who don't dig rock chicks?! especially hot mamas like her.She wears the stuff she likes and made them work, and in my humble opinion, she can pull off so many styles without fail :D
5. I utterly love her fashion line "ABBEY DAWN", which is marvelous...~~ absolutely lovely, too bad,( from what I last read) don't have male wear.. if there is.. my wardrobe is full of that collection right now...

6. Her attitude is out-of-this world! lol! she's those kinda girls who don't give a damn to what people think ( negative la) which I find so attractive and inspiring

She's everywhere!!!

and my love for her doesn't just stop there, those are just the 10 main reasons ^^

Okay,now the big question. How come suddenly I just pop her up?
She haven't release anything yet... why the fuss about her suddenly?

something I always search for in an artiste to admire,

because most artistes.... they only done half...
some write provocative lyrics but fail in musical arrangements... like a little girl from UK who
wears sneakers with dress....
or many others who write plain lyrics yet focus more on the music... which is becoming
bland anyway...

Talent Time Night 2009

Last Sunday, I went to enjoy the all-so-fabulous TT night! WOOHOO!
The big event I always wanted to go since I witnessed last year's performance,
which was totally awesome!

and imagine all the leng lui and leng zai in formal wear you can satisfy your eyes with...
I have a thing for formal wear... *ehem*

anyway, that's not really the main attraction,
what made me really high and crazy about TT night is honestly,
the Emcees and the dance category....
okay== maybe its just like.. 2 categories out of 5...
which is categorised into Emcee, Dance, Solo Singing, Group Singing and Instrumental.

I really liked the Instrumental category from last year mainly because they had piano...
this year is kinda.. boring to be honest ...
and some acts are utterly self-indulgent...

and Oh my god OH MY GOD!
THE DANCING PART ALWAYS MADE ME SO SO SO CRAZY AND HIGH!
everyone was really on their edge on their seats,
well, trying to not get blocked by the head in front is one reason... but...
its really that nice!!

like the opening by the ex finalists!!
WALAO!
I AM LITERALLY HAVING CHILLS NOW AS I TYPE THIS!
the effect really lingers..
they had tons of dry ice and smoke... lol
it started with the stage being real dark..
and suddenly, round lights popped up... and another light popped and another
the dancers were dancing with torch lights!!
and the effect of lights bouncing around without you actually seeing the dancers properly is so cool
and the synchronisation and choreography..
is just OH MY GOD!
I dunno how to actually describe it.. LOL==
(if that was all crap to you.. don't mind.. just trust me.. ITS AWESOME!)

too bad there was one part where all the lights were shown on one guy and he did some moves

Honestly I was kinda disappointed with the dancing this year...
not much omph compared to last year's

but surprisingly, in the solo singing section,
one guy named Joseph really BLEW ME AWAY!
woah, that guy really can sing!
its like perfection! at least for his English song... heard he can't speak chinese so, to actually sing one is so good!
HE'S THE ONLY ACT WHO GOT A STANDING OVATION!!
(and i found a piece of his video!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!! ~dies~)


anyway I had a really marvellous time,
the only sad sad SAD thing is..

the love of my life wasn't there with me..
haiz....T_T
